Physical Examinations


Executive *

Comprehensive physical exams may include:
  • Audiometry
  • Visual Acuity
  • Pulmonary Function Testing
  • Resting Electrocardiogram
  • Treadmill Stress Testing if requested or recommended
  • Chest X-ray (if indicated)
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Blood Chemistry Panel
  • Lipid Panel (Including total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL & LDL)
  • Highly sensitive C-Reactive Protein.
  • Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA)
  • Complete Blood Count
  • Urinalysis
  • Referral for colonoscopy, mammography and bone density as medically indicated.
  • Physical exam by board certified internal medicine physician.
  • Option of consultation with a physician or a letter from the physician detailing the results and recommendations.
* For those patients that do not want or need an executive physical, we offer personalized component testing, based on discussion with the physician.

Pre-Employment

  • Exams to meet your company's needs.
  • We offer the same day preliminary classification and final classification in 24-48 hours depending on the type of testing required.

Department of Motor Vehicles

  • We have Department of Motor Vehicle forms for a Class B driver's license.
  • Testing and filling out necessary papers takes approximately 45 minutes.

Sports/School

  • School sports exams (Middle School and up)
  • College entrance physical exams
  • Immunizations for school such as Meningitis, Hepatitis A & B, and Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)

International and Offshore Assignments

  • We are certified to provide examinations for UK Oil and Gas offshore assignments.
  • We have years of experience performing State Department and other exams required for visas and work assignments in foreign countries.

Government Agency Examinations

We provide specialized exams for a number of federal and state agencies especially in the area of law enforcement.
